OSC/PILOT has introduced a new app specifically designed for iPad users, bringing the functionality of its desktop counterpart to a portable format. One of the significant advantages of the OSC/PILOT iPad app is its capability to load any project files created on the desktop version. The app supports MIDI and can connect to up to five OSC destinations, ensuring comprehensive compatibility with the features familiar to existing desktop users.

A notable enhancement is the remote update feature, which facilitates a direct connection between the iPad app and a running copy of OSC/PILOT on a desktop. This functionality allows real-time updates, where modifications made on the desktop can be instantly transmitted to the iPad. Such a feature promotes swift iterations in UI development.

Overall, OSC/PILOT for iPad effectively supports both OSC and MIDI input and output, enabling connections to five OSC peers along with one MIDI input and output.
